JOB SUMMARY

Drive consumer marketing for Child Nutrition Supplement category (PediaSure), through effectively co-creating and executing marketing plans with special focus on leveraging digital medium to build brand equity.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Co-create and execute strong marketing programs to drive full funnel campaigns in the target audience – consumers. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.Generate business insights looking into data to identify gaps / opportunities and conceptualize actionable plans to address them.Execute impactful brand communication materials and manage creative, digital and production agencies to deliver the materials in a cost impactful manner.Liaise with media (both mainline & digital) and CRM agencies to create and execute robust consumer journeys to drive new user acquisition and retention by continuously optimising CPL and CPACo-create and execute strong bottom-of-funnel marketing strategies to accelerate conversion & New user acquisition on E-commerce and CRMManage A&P spend budgets and related provisionsSupport and drive sales – work in close partnership with sales/ trade team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high-quality manner.Follow due diligence in documentation and ensuring OEC (ethics & compliance) SOPs are followed.

Proven track record of brand management in FMCG/healthcare companiesDigital-first thinking in marketing – proven experience of having worked on modern ways of marketing (digital, social, influencer, etc)Proven track record of business analysis to drive actionable insights.Should be excellent in interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skillsProven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.
