Brand Strategy & Planning
Leads annual brand planning and long-term strategy development across key brands within overall portfolio informed by consumption trends and data analytics.Defines brand positioning, value propositions and consumer segmentation strategies.Marketing Execution

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum of 5 years progressive marketing or related experience within CPG industry, preferably in food or beverageDemonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environmentExperience leading and working with external agencies and partnerships requiredProven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and create actionable plansStrong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and consumption trend analysis requiredIn-depth understanding of business fundamentals including P&L management, promotional strategies and pricing architecture to help deliver strong financial performanceAbility to be flexible and deal with ambiguity and incomplete informationStrong communication skills required at all levels of the organization and with customersEEO Statement:
