We’re looking for a Brand Management Senior Strategist (or Lead, depending on experience) to help protect and strengthen our brand globally. What You’ll Do You’ll work alongside brand leadership, legal, risk, compliance, and global marketing partners to guide decisions that protect brand integrity, enhance reputation, and build long‑term brand equity. Brand Governance & Reputation Lead enterprise-wide brand governance to ensure global consistency. Mature the operating model for brand management, building scalable processes across the business. Serve as the subject matter expert on logo and mark usage. Lead governance reviews for high-impact decisions, such as naming, endorsements, partnerships, and testimonials. Advise on brand considerations in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. Brand Architecture & Royalty Programs Own and maintain the enterprise brand architecture strategy and framework—ensuring consistent deployment to maximize brand equity and minimize complexity across products and markets. Establish guardrails for co-branding and co-marketing partnerships. Provide guidance on brand royalty programs to ensure alignment with brand value. Trademark & Intellectual Property Partner with Legal/IP to align trademark strategy with business and brand priorities. Provide brand-focused input on trademark filings, renewals, and enforcement decisions. Translate name and trademark clearance search findings into clear recommendations for marketing and product teams. Oversee domain strategy and monitor for misuse or infringement. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field—or equivalent. Senior Strategist: 6+ years in brand management Lead Strategist: 8+ years with demonstrated experience operating at a higher strategic level. Experience working with Legal/IP, compliance, or risk teams. Highly Preferred Experience Background in financial services. Experience working within a Fortune 250 or Fortune 500 environment. Experience supporting or managing global brands. Interest in leveraging AI to evolve brand practices. Ideal Candidate Strategic, analytical thinker who translates vision into action. Communicates clearly, influences decisions, and navigates ambiguity with curiosity, empathy, and integrity. Detail-oriented yet big-picture focused. Why Join Us? Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $104400 - $155000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
