**Job Summary:**
The Brand Asset Manager (BAM) leads the asset and creative strategy for media, retail, and eRetail channels for Beauty. This role ensures the seamless flow of brand assets across all touchpoints—including media, e-commerce, points of sale, and events—while maintaining the highest standards of brand quality and consistency.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Asset Management & Delivery**
Oversee end-to-end delivery of assets for media campaigns, retailer media, POS, PDPs, and brand activations.
Manage timelines, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution.
**Awareness Media (with Media and Product Marketing Teams)**
Lead creative execution of brand content across social, programmatic, CTV/STV, OOH, and retailer media channels.
Manage all campaign stages: conceptualization, briefing, optimization, implementation, and analysis.
Utilize data and analytics platforms (e.g., VidMob, Vizit) to test, analyze, and optimize creative performance for maximum engagement and ROI.
Retailer Media (with O+O, eKAMs, and Trade Marketing Teams)
Build and maintain strong retailer partnerships, managing asset updates and developing impactful digital consumer touchpoints (social, display, email, landing pages, DOOH).
Adapt and customize brand assets for retailer-specific media campaigns and distribute accordingly.
**POS & eBusiness Activations**
Prepare and deliver content for POS and other in-real-life activations (e.g., trade events, pop-ups).
Regularly audit and analyze PDPs for key SKUs on retailer websites to ensure accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency.
Propose and implement content optimizations to boost product presentation and conversion rates.
Collaborate with A&I, Marketing, and L’Oréal content factory teams to create brand and UGC visuals and videos.
Maintain and optimize the online product catalog, ensuring SEO-optimized copy and updated imagery.
**General Responsibilities**
Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure brand consistency across local teams and markets.
Manage digital asset systems to maintain approved, properly formatted assets from global to local levels.
Oversee asset trafficking to media, retailer, e-commerce platforms, and internal partners.
Conduct rigorous quality control checks on all assets before distribution.
Develop and maintain efficient workflows for asset requests, approvals, and delivery.
Maintain platform expertise regarding technical specifications for images, videos, and file formats.
Manage rights and ensure expired assets are removed and replaced monthly.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in digital asset management and trafficking, ideally in beauty or consumer goods.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms (websites, social media, online advertising).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven project management capabilities, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant software tools.
