Resideo is seeking a Brand Ambassador to strengthen our market presence across Flanders (Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen and Brabant), driving brand awareness, sales growth and new business development with our plumbing, heating and electrical wholesale partners.
This is a highly field-based role focused on building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring Resideo products remain front of mind when partners engage with their customers. You will regularly visit installers and wholesaler branches to deliver product demonstrations, provide in-branch training, enhance merchandising, host breakfast mornings and local promotional events to stimulate demand.
We’re looking for a confident, outgoing self-starter who enjoys engaging new people and making a tangible impact. You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is an advantage) and are motivated to build a long-term career in sales.
A structured onboarding programme will equip you with in-depth knowledge of our brand, product portfolio and customer base, supported by experienced Sales colleagues in your region. Once established, you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary, customer visits and local events, backed by ongoing support and guidance from the wider Sales team.
JOB DUTIES:
Drive product awareness and accelerate sales growth through our wholesale partners Train and develop counter sales teams into confident Resideo advocates, creating “mini brand ambassadors” within each branch Plan and execute impactful regional events and activities — from breakfast mornings to trade conferences — maximising engagement and return on investment Deliver and set up Point of Sales displays and merchandise product areas, expanding product visibility and display space within trade accounts Conduct branch audits to ensure partnership agreements and sales initiatives are fully executed and delivering results Demonstrate new and existing products to installers and counter staff, clearly communicating features, benefits and value Lead and support local campaign execution to drive demand and brand consistency. Provide accurate reporting on customer visits, audits, sales performance and pipeline opportunities within your region
YOU MUST HAVE:
Strong commercial acumen, with a natural interest in sales or a clear ambition to build a career in sales An outgoing, confident personality with the ability to build rapport quickly A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (written and verbal) Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills The ability to understand technical information and clearly communicate it to others Confidence using social media platforms for professional engagement and brand awareness
