As a **Branch Team Lead** , you'll play a key role in motivating, coaching, and supporting your team. Through your leadership, you'll bring focus to goals and vision while building strong relationships and driving results. **A day in the life** + Foster a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent + Coach, train, and support team members to meet service and sales goals + Manage team performance metrics and support operational reporting + Assist the Branch Manager and oversee daily operations in their absence + Handle client and team inquiries, service escalations, and special projects + Train new hires and contribute to process improvements **What you will bring to our team** + 3+ years of insurance brokerage experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience, OR + 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment with a willingness to obtain your insurance license + Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) is an asset + Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills + Sharp attention to detail and accuracy **Salary Expectations –** The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
