No insurance experience? No problem! We provide full training and support to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days, with continued development toward your Level 2 License. As a **Branch Team Lead** , you'll play a key role in motivating, coaching, and supporting your team. Through your leadership, you'll bring focus to goals and vision while building strong relationships and driving results.
**A day in the life**
+ Foster a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent
+ Coach, train, and support team members to meet service and sales goals
+ Manage team performance metrics and support operational reporting
+ Assist the Branch Manager and oversee daily operations in their absence
+ Handle client and team inquiries, service escalations, and special projects
+ Train new hires and contribute to process improvements
**What you will bring to our team**
+ 3+ years of insurance brokerage experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience, OR
+ 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-focused environment with a willingness to obtain your insurance license
+ Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM) is an asset
+ Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
+ Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
**Salary Expectations –**
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
