Equitable is looking for a dynamic **Branch Support Analyst- Licensing and Controls** to join our team! This position is a Hybrid work position based out of our Charlotte, NC office. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records. + Function as an information resource and quality control. + Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs. + Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates. + Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
