Pay Range: $24- 30/hr with overtime.

Job Qualifications:Overnight travel may be requiredResponsible for all Safety Department ResponsibilitiesAssist in setting up fall protection, pre-job inspections and job planning meetingsPerform daily safety inspections on all crews (including Service) to check complianceComplete daily JHAs and Pre Task HuddlesInspect all Equipment and Machinery on assigned New Construction SitesReview inspections with crews and cover safety awareness messagesReport inspection results weekly to the Operations ManagerConcerns such as fall protection violations or other serious violations must be reportedimmediatelyAssist in conducting Monthly & Quarterly training meetingsJob RequirementsMust have a good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safetyKnowledge and understanding of OSHA RegulationsExcellent communication/ writing skillsAnalytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving solving and organizational / time management skillsExcellent follow-up skills5 years of roofing/ construction experience preferredValid state driver’s license in good standing requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not requiredPremier Benefits:2 Health Insurance Plans:Free “Core Plan” – Free Medical & Dental“Buy Up Plan” – Features a lower deductible for MedicalVision PlanFree Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Holidays and VacationEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Centimark provides a great work environment with challenging career opportunities.
