This position partners closely with branch leadership to reinforce sales expectations, professional standards, and operational consistency while driving deposit growth, loan production, and customer experience excellence. This role is not desk-based and requires frequent travel, visiting approximately five (5) branches per week, with follow-up visits conducted to ensure completion of action items and sustained performance improvements. The Branch Performance Manager serves as a coach, resource, and accountability partner to branch teams. **Key Responsibilities** • Conduct regular on-site branch visits and follow-up visits to ensure execution of action items. • Monitor and evaluate branch performance related to deposits, loans, sales activity, and customer engagement. • Evaluate branch appearance, cleanliness, marketing materials, and professional dress standards. • Provide coaching and mentorship to branch managers and staff to strengthen sales behaviors. • Document observations, action plans, and outcomes for leadership review. • Collaborate with branch leadership and internal partners to drive continuous improvement. _This job description is not exhaustive; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice._ **Qualifications** **Required** + Three (3) to five (5) years of retail experience + Strong communication and coaching skills + Ability to travel extensively, a valid and clean driver’s license is essential for extensive regional travel + Fluent in English; bilingual a plus **Preferred** + Leadership or performance management + Bachelor’s Degree **Schedule** This is a Full- Time position: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
