Branch Operations Manager
60-75K Base + Bonus Program
The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the field operations teams (GDI and subcontractors) and inside office operations. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules, assisting with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, maintain a high level of customer communication, manage labor expenses, oversee inventory, order materials as needed, management reports, supervise and train operations staff, resolve service requests, other duties as assigned.

Review new jobs for accuracy and completeness Track and manage labor and material costs Review and/or perform all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, monthly, quarterly, yearly closings, Ensure all employee personnel and payroll information is processed Maintain and improve branch production cycle time Review concerns with Regional Operations Manager Manage inventory and warehouse Employee and subcontractor recruitment Review schedules QualificationsKnowledge and Work Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction field operations, with a focus on bathrooms, doors, siding, and windows.
Good problem-solving skills are required. Must be competent in the use of technology and be able to function proficiently.
Must be well organized and have the ability to think on your feet.
Must be proactive in your approach to managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and be able to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions for both our customers and our employees/subcontractors.
