Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee recordsManaging purchasing and communication systemsProviding general office and administrative supportCoordinating with teams on medical records, data entry, and claimsAssisting with personnel processes to ensure efficiency across the branch ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will:
Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agencyEnsure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervisionAssist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denialsParticipate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparationMaintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requestsSupport the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met QualificationsProven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care
Understanding expense management
Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
