Equitable is looking for a dynamic **Branch Office Coordinator** to join our team! This position is a onsite work position based out of our Woodbridge, NJ office.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Office and facilities mgmt – Woodbridge, NJ office
+ Front Desk Responsibilities
+ Sourcing for VPs through LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake
+ Conference Room reservations
+ Mail and check processing
+ Onboarding/Offboarding
+ Pre-employment with advisors
+ Office / Pantry supplies
+ Lexmark point of contact
+ Building security access, desk keys, mailbox mgmt
+ Email distribution groups & directory
+ Coordinate in-house training
+ Miscellaneous projects
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $64,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 1-2 years of experience in business is preferred
