The Branch Director owns branch revenue, growth, and market expansion. This leader drives sales execution across multiple practice areas, builds and leads high-performing teams, and sets the pace for business development, client expansion, and profitability.
What You’ll Own
Full P&L responsibility for branch revenue, margin, and growth
Drive new business, expand key accounts, and accelerate multi-practice sales
Lead, coach, and hold practice leaders accountable to sales and productivity goals
Build a competitive, metrics-driven sales culture
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales and recruiting talent
Execute operational best practices to maximize performance and scalability
Partner across markets to increase deal flow and market penetration
Lead change, performance management, and succession planning
What You Bring
2+ years leading sales-driven teams in staffing, recruiting, or professional services
Proven track record of business development and revenue growth
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Strong executive presence, decision-making, and accountability mindset
Ability to motivate teams, close business, and scale results
