Branch Administrator
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Branch Administrator to support our finance and operations teams. This role will focus on invoicing, accounts receivable, and purchase order (PO) generation, while also providing administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner + Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments + Create and issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors + Work cross-functionally with field teams and sales staff to ensure smooth operations + Utilize the Total Service ERP system to manage and track financial transactions + Support administrative tasks (excluding hard filing and direct customer service) + Maintain professional communication via email and internal systems Required Skills & Qualifications + Proven experience in: + Accounts receivable + PO generation + Invoicing + Strong administrative and organizational skills + Excellent written and verbal communication, especially via email + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments + High school diploma or equivalent required + Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Total Service is a plus) Preferred Attributes + Eagerness to learn and grow within the role + Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills + Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
