Branch Administrator
Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Branch Administrator to support our finance and operations teams. This role will focus on invoicing, accounts receivable, and purchase order (PO) generation, while also providing administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and process invoices accurately and in a timely mannerManage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding paymentsCreate and issue purchase orders (POs) to vendorsWork cross-functionally with field teams and sales staff to ensure smooth operationsUtilize the Total Service ERP system to manage and track financial transactionsSupport administrative tasks (excluding hard filing and direct customer service)Maintain professional communication via email and internal systemsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in:Accounts receivablePO generationInvoicingStrong administrative and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, especially via emailAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredProficiency in ERP systems (experience with Total Service is a plus)Preferred AttributesEagerness to learn and grow within the roleProfessional demeanor and strong interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and a proactive mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
