Job Description:
Oversee daily branch operations and general administrative functionsCollaborate with managers and supervisors on office tasks and seasonal projectsDeliver outstanding customer service and resolve client issues professionallyMaintain and update client databases, proposals, work orders, and invoicesSupport payroll, timekeeping, and reporting processesTrack and manage office supplies and equipmentPrepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reportsAssist with contract renewals and job cost trackingContribute to continuous improvement and lean management initiativeMust-Haves:
2+ years of experience in an administrative roleBilingual in English and SpanishProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesNice-to-Haves:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
