**Brake Operator - $22.50 an hour** _Stockton, Ca_ Do you have experience setting up a **press brake machines** ? We want to hear from you as experience is required! **Job Duties** + Run out set ups that have been proven and make minor changes in tooling and machine controller to maintain tolerance on very specific dimensions. + Know how to measure dimensions with dial calipers, squares, and protractors. + Clean department when needed. This can be anything from sweeping, mopping, and wiping down the brakes. + Help higher-level operators to stay busy by assisting them with material handling or assisting them with large parts. + Other duties as assigned. **Job Requirements** + **MUST HAVE Skills:** square blade, thicknesses, aluminum vs steel, k factors, ability to name what kind of press brake operated. + Requires 1-year working experience in a precision sheet metal environment with a minimum of 6 months as a Brake Operator. + Requires the ability to read and understand written documents. + Matching experience on resume to responsibilities and requirements. **Alternative Work Schedule:** We have two openings on the 1st shift and one opening on Swing Shift. Monday – Thursday 4:30 AM or 1 PM start time. Shifts are 10 hours 4 days a week, equaling 40 hour work week.
