Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble & Package:Build and box beds and furniture according to detailed specifications using power tools and measuring equipment.Quality Assurance:Ensure all items meet strict quality and shipping standards before they leave the facility.Shipping Coordination:Collaborate with the Shipping Coordinator to meet daily goals and ensure timely deliveries.Logistics Support:Load/unload trucks, receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and manage paperwork.Staging Assistance:Help move furniture for photography and showroom displays.Maintain Cleanliness:Keep the workspace organized and safe.What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent.1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, or related fields.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.Skilled in using power tools, saws, and measuring tape.Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.Reliable, punctual, and a team player.Forklift experience is a plus!Why You’ll Love Working HereSupportive Environment:Work in a smaller warehouse where leadership values your contributions and promotes work-life balance.Clean & Comfortable Facilities:Enjoy well-maintained front-of-house areas and break rooms.Growth Potential:This contract-to-hire role offers long-term career opportunities for dedicated team members.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
