Job DescriptionWill be driving a 26-foot box truckWe are looking for a dedicated Box Truck Driver to efficiently deliver products to customer locations. You will start your day by arriving at the assigned time and reporting to the dispatcher for your route and truck assignment. Your duties will include inspecting the truck, securing loads, and delivering customer orders with accuracy and professionalism. The role requires verifying orders, noting discrepancies, and ensuring customer invoices are signed correctly. You will also unload backhaul products and return paperwork at the end of your route.Essential SkillsFive years of driving experience.Must have experience close to a 26-ft box truck, or experience with a 26-ft box truckActive DOT license.Experience with electric or manual pallet jacks.Ability to deliver 12-14 pallets a day or around 12 stops.Delivering to schools and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and High's.Additional Skills & QualificationsClean driving record with at least 3 years of licensed driving experience.Positive attitude and love for being out and about.Friendly, professional attitude towards team members and customers.Ability to work flexible schedules.Ability to lift and carry up to fifty pounds.Ability to operate a manual or electric pallet jack with product up to 100 pounds.Comfortable getting in and out of a 26” Box Truck.Ability to work in all weather conditions year-round.Work Environment
You will work Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm. The role involves unloading and requires physical activity such as lifting and carrying up to fifty pounds. You will operate in various weather conditions throughout the year and must be comfortable with the demands of driving and delivering products.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
