Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Box Administrator
The Box Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the Box cloud storage platform, ensuring secure access, compliance, governance, and smooth operational support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. User & Access Management
• Create, modify, and deactivate Box user accounts.
• Assign roles and permissions (Viewer, Editor, Co-owner, Admin).
• Manage user groups and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities related to Box access.
• Troubleshoot login and access issues.
2. Folder & Content Management
• Create and manage folder structures as per business requirements.
• Provide access permissions to users and groups.
• Support shared folder collaboration and external sharing requests.
• Monitor storage usage and manage file ownership.
3. Security & Compliance
• Configure Box security policies such as external sharing controls and link expiration.
• Enable and support MFA/SSO integration based on IT security policies.
• Ensure compliance with retention policies and governance requirements.
• Support audit requirements and compliance reporting.
4. Box Governance & Administration
• Configure and maintain Box Admin Console settings.
• Monitor Box activity logs and track abnormal/suspicious activities.
• Manage enterprise-wide collaboration and sharing policies.
• Support content lifecycle policies (retention, deletion, archiving).
5. Integration & Technical Support
• Support Box integrations with tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Sales force, and third-party applications.
• Coordinate with IT and security teams for troubleshooting and access provisioning.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Box incidents and service requests.
6. Reporting & Monitoring
• Generate reports on user activity, storage utilization, and shared link access.
• Provide periodic usage/compliance reports to management and stakeholders.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with Box Admin Console.
• Strong understanding of access management and permissions.
• Knowledge of SSO/MFA and Azure AD integration.
• Understanding of cloud security and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Box Governance, Box Shield, and retention policies.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, SOC, etc.).
• Scripting/automation knowledge is an added advantage.

Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
