**Job Title: Bot Wrangler** **Job Description** As a Bot Wrangler, you will be part of a dynamic team creating robotic solutions for warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of robots that serve as order selectors, carrying items to load onto pallets. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will start as general help and receive comprehensive training to support various operational needs, including cleaning, housekeeping, heavy lifting, and equipment support. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage cell equipment, including loading and offloading products. + Monitor and communicate system issues to managers and engineers. + Perform basic button-pushing and machine operation with attention to detail. + Climb ladders and work at elevated areas between 4 to 25 feet. + Work in confined spaces on occasion. + Conduct cleanups and spill management on deck surfaces. + Perform visual inspections and cleaning of robots. + Operate manual pump carts for storage management. + Maintain general housekeeping of Bot lift and induction staging areas. **Essential Skills** + Experience with wrench and power tools. + General labor, repair, and assembly skills. + Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting abilities. + Ability to work with hand tools and power tools. + Experience in production and construction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Reliable references highlighting work ethic and reliability. + Effective communication skills to report issues. + Ability to analyze faults and troubleshoot issues. + Interest in growth towards maintenance mechanic roles. + Ability to work in confined spaces with only 32 inches of clearance. + LOTO training provided. **Why Work Here?** Join a state-of-the-art order-selecting company where there is ample room for growth into higher-ranked roles for motivated individuals.
