Our client is a small family-owned business located near Gunter, TX. They are seeking a transactional bookkeeper for contract with potential for hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the following:

Full cycle Accounts Payable experience- code, match, reconcile and cut checks for vendor invoicesFull cycle Accounts Receivable experience - billing, cash applications, collections and reconcilingKnowledge of Debits and Credits and ability to apply this knowledgeStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate with employees in the field and managementExposure to aspects of project accounting is great, but not requiredQuickBooks experience highly preferred
