•\tPerform the day-to-day accounting activities of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.\n•\tReview of all inventory and work order transactions to look for trends, errors and variances. \n•\tReceives, records, and authorizes disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.\n•\tPrepare financial statements, cash flow reports, business activity reports, or reports required by external or internal entities.\n•\tMaintains current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, and current accounting standards. Recommends changes to procedures as necessary,\n•\tProduces and distributes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to owners, managers and also lenders.

At least a 2 Year degree in accounting, or related field\n5+ Years experience\nKnowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and IRS codes, and other industry applicable laws and regulations.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite\nExposure to Sage and ADP Highly prefered

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
