Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper with strong administrative capabilities to support daily accounting operations and office functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Perform bank reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records, and support month‑end reporting. Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking through QuickBooks. Assist with preparation of financial statements, taxable documents, and year‑end reporting. Provide administrative support such as document management, filing, scheduling, and communication handling.Maintain vendor records, W‑9s, and necessary compliance documentation. Collaborate with external accountants during audits or tax preparation as needed. Qualifications3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification preferred).Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced work environment.Intermediate proficiency with Excel and general office software. Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal teams and external vendors.
