Bookkeeper Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 to $18.00 /hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Maintain GAAP-compliant books leadership can rely onClear bank and credit card feeds weeklyCategorize transactions accurately, including job/class trackingPerform monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsMaintain organized digital records and receiptsProduce clean, timely P&L reportsIdentify unclear transactions and follow up promptly without guessingUse sound judgment to flag issues, ask questions, and pause work when information is incomplete

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles Minimum 3 years of QuickBooks experienceExperience producing clean, review-ready financialsExperience helping design and implement systems and workflowsBackground in agriculture, construction, trades, or small service businesses strongly preferredComfortable interacting with a wide range of personalitiesCompetent with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and digital organizationApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
