3+ years of accounting and payroll experienceADP PayrollMS Office SuiteHS Diploma or GED Job Responsibilities: Accounting SupportAnswer operator queue calls Process vendor invoices and payments using 3-way matching Post cash receipts and reconcile deposits Maintain customer/vendor account data Resolve customer payment issues and follow up on collections Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts Prepare journal entries and accruals Analyze balance sheet accounts and run monthly financials Audit tariffs and enter related invoices Manage office supply inventory Payroll & TimekeepingMaintain employee records including payroll, vacation, and personal time Process weekly payroll and verify temp agency hours Upload and verify 401(k) data Distribute paychecks and manage off-cycle check requests Track deductions, garnishments, and wage assignments Maintain payroll-related reports HR AdministrationManage employee files, OSHA logs, workers’ comp claims, and union grievances Conduct safety audits and report findings Administer benefits: enrollments, claims, premium calculations Coordinate performance evaluations and prepare annual compensation booklets Support union contract negotiations and prepare wage/benefit summaries Oversee onboarding, terminations, and employee counseling Maintain compliance with hiring documentation and employment laws Organize company events and celebrations Conduct annual file audits for retention and disposal Reporting & ComplianceWeekly attendance reports to managers OSHA Form 300 preparation and submission Maintain employee restriction lists Prepare SLT reports and other internal summariesPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
