Bookkeeper
Job Title: Full Cycle Bookkeeper
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's financial health.

ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.Reconcile bank and credit card statements.Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Prepare and file sales tax, 1099s, and other regulatory filings.Collaborate with external accountants for year-end reporting and audits.Maintain organized financial records and documentation.Essential SkillsProficient in reconciliation, accounting, and general ledger management.Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).Ability to use Excel proficiently, including V-Lookups, formulas, and pivot tables.Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.Experience in formulating journal entries and sourcing information accurately.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications3+ years of full cycle bookkeeping experience.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment preferred.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).Work Environment

You will work independently with hours from 8 am to 5 pm. The role requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation in a professional setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
