Responsibilities:

·       Accounts Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, statements, and customer interactions.

·       Accounts Payable: Handle bills, checks, cash flow, vendor interactions, and subscriptions.

·       Quarterly MBT: Prepare and submit quarterly MBT reports.

·       Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.

·       Month-End Closing Procedures: Assist with budgeting, bonuses, and closing procedures.

·       Daily Reporting: Create daily spreadsheets and reports for the management team.

·       Coordination: Coordinate daily tasks with the billing clerk.

·       Payroll Integration: Integrate weekly payroll from Paylocity into QuickBooks.

·       Collaboration: Coordinate with outsourced CPA and CFO as needed.

·       Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience with QuickBooks and Paylocity.

·       Proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft 365.

·       Excellent written communication skills.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·       Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.

·       Familiarity with reconciliation processes and month-end closing procedures.

·       Experience with balance sheets, financial statements, and forecasting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
