**BOLD Investment Analyst (Multiple position)**
**10101 Doctor Martin Luther King Junior Street North, St. Petersburg, FL- Hybrid role**
**6+ month contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent.**
**Pay range: $35- $40/hr**

**What You Will Learn:** As an Investment Analyst/Associate at BOLD, the corporate venture capital fund of client, you will support key aspects of the funds investment and portfolio support activities.
**Key responsibilities:**
• Screening and qualification of investment opportunities
• Analytical and administrative management of due diligence processes
• Business plan modeling and valuation analysis
• Preparation of internal memoranda and reporting
**What We Are Looking For:**
**Required Qualifications:**
• 2+ years of professional experience in a private equity firm (investment team) and/or in M&A investment banking
• Excellent writing and research skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Familiarity with the beauty industry, consumer brands, consumer retail, and/or venture capital
