**Job Title: Boiler Technician** **Location:** Tualatin **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM Start Time **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Boiler Technician** to join our team. This position begins in our shop and will transition to working onsite at customer locations for boiler installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate testing, troubleshooting of building systems, and may assist in pump assembly and build-out. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate professionally with warehouse staff, service teams, contractors, and end users. + Learn and assist in commissioning and tuning of complete boiler room equipment and related facility systems. + Perform boiler maintenance, equipment repair, and system installation. + Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical tasks. + Interpret blueprints and building controls for effective troubleshooting and repair. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + **Boiler Maintenance Experience** (Class 3 or Class 5 Boiler License preferred; partial hours toward 2000-hour requirement accepted) + Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with pumps, vacuum systems, and refrigeration. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Proficiency with computers and facility maintenance systems. + Experience with electrical systems, fabrication, and equipment commissioning. **Preferred Skills:** + Pipe fabrication, assembly, and construction experience. + Refractory and pipe-fitting knowledge. + HVAC system training and experience. + Project management experience with boiler and burner retrofits. **Top Skills:** Boiler maintenance, pump assembly, refrigeration, EPA certification, mechanical repair, electrical systems, blueprint reading, HVAC, stationary engineering, facility maintenance.
