Job Title: Lead Boiler Controls Technician

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians ranging from 2 to 10 members in installing our system in buildings.Install control boxes, run wiring, test systems, and place sensors throughout the building.Ensure projects are completed efficiently, with jobs varying from three hours to several days.Collaborate effectively with team members and engage in proactive problem-solving.

Essential Skills

Experience in HVAC, boiler maintenance, and repair.Proficiency in facilities maintenance and troubleshooting.Strong electrical and/or boiler experience.Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.Valid, clean driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable leading a team and working collaboratively.Experience with valves, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and compressors.

Work Environment

Technicians will work primarily in the greater Boston area, including real estate properties and schools. Typical hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek and opportunities for overtime and optional weekend work. Work involves carrying tools, walking stairs, and operating in hot boiler rooms.

This is a Permanent position based out of Somerville, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $93600.00 - $104000.00/yr.
