The BGS-G K Level Manager for Supply Chain Execution is responsible for leading and managing supply chain operations that support transactional government contracts. This role ensures compliance with government requirements, drives process improvements, and supports the execution of supply chain activities from order initiation through delivery and payment.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team responsible for end-to-end supply chain execution for government contracts, ensuring all activities comply with federal regulations and Boeing policies.Oversee transactional processes including order management, logistics, inventory control, and payment reconciliation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (contracts, finance, legal, and program management) to ensure seamless contract execution and customer satisfaction.Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Support audits and reviews by internal and external agencies, ensuring all documentation and processes meet compliance standards.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the team.Develop and maintain strong relationships with government customers and suppliers.Ensure team members are trained on relevant systems, tools, and compliance requirements.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably supporting government contracts.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Boeing supply chain systems (e.g., SCMD, ESCM, Icertis).Prior experience supporting transactional government contracts.Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and compliance requirements.Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certifications.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership rolesDrug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $144,000
