**Job Title: Final Assembly Technician** **Job Description | Pay: $22-27hr** In this role, you will be responsible for the final assembly of trucks, which includes applying the final decals, stickers, and other finishing touches. You will work from detailed instructions to ensure precise assembly, requiring keen attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Apply final decals and stickers to trucks based on work instructions. + Use grinding, sanding, and buffing techniques for body work. + Perform paint preparation tasks, including taping and masking. + Utilize hand and power tools for assembly and finishing tasks. **Essential Skills** + Industrial painting + Bodywork techniques + Attention to detail + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Proficiency with hand and power tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in paint preparation + Skills in sandblasting and powder coating + Proficiency in sanding, masking, and grinding **Why Work Here?** We provide all the tools and personal protective equipment you need to succeed.
