Board Line Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in wood products, is seeking a Board Line Operator to join their team. As a Board Line Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Board Line Operator
**Location:** Hartselle, AL
**Pay Range: $18.00 per hour**
**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, with some required Saturdays
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate machinery and equipment to cut wood according to production specifications
+ Stack, sort, and organize wood products for shipment or further processing
+ Maintain a clean and safe work area
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
+ Inspect materials for quality and report defects or issues
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
+ Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
+ Ability to work scheduled hours, including some required Saturdays
+ Previous experience in manufacturing or lumber/wood environments is a plus, but not required
