BMS Operator - Gentri Cavite Job ID 248745 Posted 25-Nov-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) General Trias - Cavite - Philippines **Job Scope:** The BMS Operator is responsible for the efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) within assigned properties. This role ensures optimal building performance, energy efficiency, and tenant comfort by proactively managing and responding to BMS alarms and system issues. **Key Responsibilities:** + Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor BMS systems for alarms, anomalies, and performance metrics. Respond to alarms promptly and effectively, taking appropriate corrective actions. Control and optimize building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, etc.) based on established parameters and operational requirements. + Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and troubleshoot BMS system issues, including hardware and software malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, database management, and sensor calibration. + Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents. Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and other relevant metrics. + Energy Management: Optimize building systems for energy efficiency, identifying and implementing opportunities for energy savings. + Adherence to Standards: Follow all CBRE and client policies, procedures, and safety regulations. **Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training in HVAC, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of at least 2 of relevant experience as BMS Operator **Technical Skills:** Proficient in the operation and troubleshooting of various BMS platforms Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation principles. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with energy management principles and practices.
