**Job Title: Machine Operator - Blow Molding** Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in a dynamic production environment. The role involves operating and maintaining blow molding machinery, ensuring high-quality production with minimal waste, and contributing to our no-waste facility ethos. Responsibilities + Make adjustments to machinery and troubleshoot issues, repairing if possible, or calling maintenance as needed. + Follow all company GMP for quality assurance. + Assist with mold changes and machine setups. + Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required parameters, using visual inspections and measurements. + Collaborate with other operators and maintenance staff to address mechanical issues. + Maintain a clean and organized workstation. + Complete necessary documentation both on paper and using computer systems. Essential Skills + 2+ years of machine operating experience. + 2+ years of manufacturing experience. + Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with blow mold and plastic production. + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in computer usage and typing. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Direct blow molding machine setup and operation experience is a plus. + Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance. + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. + Capability to work independently, completing assignments within given instructions and standard practices. + Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers. + Strong collaboration skills and willingness to assist others. Work Environment The work environment is clean but can be noisy, with exposure to moving mechanical parts. The noise level is usually loud, and temperatures can fluctuate between hot and cold depending on the season. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas. The shift hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tukwila, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
