Manpower is searching for an experienced **Blending Operator** to join our team in **North Haven, CT** . The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Machine Blending experience. **Job Title:** Blending Operator **Shift/Hours:** Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm **Pay Range:** $19.00 per hour **What’s the Job?** + Sets up and starts all machines checking on controls for adherence to mixing/blending procedures. + Weighs ingredients to meet recipe specification and inserts into machinery. + Operates machinery to mix discharge or handle materials according to operating procedures. + Examines materials visually in order to ensure conformance to established standards. + Document work completed as required including logs data reports procedures, + Operates forklifts as needed **What’s Needed?** + At least 1 year of blending/mixing machinery experience + Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English including: safety rules, procedure manuals, product recipes, and maintenance instructions. + Must be comfortable with basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
