Blending Operator 1st and 3rd Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food production industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Blending Operator to join their team. As a Blending Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the blending team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** 1st and 3rd Shift Blending Operator
**Location:** Wanamingo, MN
**Pay Range:** 23.50-24.75/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate blending equipment including shut down/start up procedures and troubleshoot equipment problems.
+ Follow blending instructions and sampling plans as requested.
+ Fill out blending records and documents as required.
+ Have general knowledge of ingredients being used.
+ Complete equipment and environment cleaning requirements.
**What's Needed?**
+ Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods.
+ Ability to follow directions accurately.
+ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Time management skills and ability to lift and handle up to 100lb containers.
+ Forklift Experience
