The Blender Operator is responsible for mixing and batching raw materials that go into dairy products. This position involves filling materials, restocking products, and following instructions carefully to ensure quality and consistency. Operators will work with daily templates that outline what is being mixed for the production line they are managing.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and well-organized Food Processing & Packaging facility. The position is for the 3rd shift, with 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6:30am. The schedule rotates between three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the next (36 hours and 48 hours), requiring flexibility. The facility is well-maintained and provides a conducive working environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr.
