Job Title: Blender Operator
Job Description

Join a dynamic team of three dedicated workers in the blending department, where you will manage three blender machines. Your day will involve following batch sheets to efficiently pull raw materials using a sit-down forklift, dumping bags into the machines, and documenting weights accurately.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage three blender machines within the blending department.Follow batch sheets to pull raw materials efficiently using a sit-down forklift.Accurately document the weight of materials dumped into the machines.Collaborate with a team of two other workers to ensure smooth operations.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of blending experience.2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing machines.2 years of experience in inspecting and documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with granular materials is a plus.Why Work Here?

This opportunity allows you to join a brand new, climate-controlled facility with exciting growth plans. Starting with 50 employees, the facility aims to expand to 150 by next year, offering a chance to be part of a rapidly growing team and advance from the ground level.

Work Environment

Work on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, with the benefit of a 30-minute paid lunch break. The facility offers a climate-controlled environment to ensure comfort during work hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
