Blender Operator - 1st And 2nd Shift
**Job Title: Blender Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift** **Job Description** As a Blender Operator, you will be responsible for performing various blending and packaging tasks. You will spend 60% of your time making blends and 40% packaging, which involves gravity feeding into containers. You will conduct 4-5 blends a day, each containing 4-15 ingredients per batch. Your duties will include verifying materials by checking batch sheets, weighing oils and liquids for plating onto blends, and performing minimal quality control on the floor. You will also be responsible for placing products into containers as per customer requests. **Responsibilities** + Perform blending and packaging tasks with 60% focus on blending and 40% on packaging. + Conduct 4-5 blends per day, managing 4-15 ingredients per batch. + Verify materials by checking the batch sheet. + Lift items weighing up to 50lbs throughout the shift. + Weigh oils and liquids for plating onto blends using barcode scanning. + Perform minimal quality control on the floor. + Place products into containers as per customer requests. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year experience in mixing or blending. + 1+ year experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Ability to lift 50lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, mixing, blender operations, batching, and filling. + Familiarity with batch records. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers an air-controlled facility to ensure a comfortable working environment. The dress code requires wearing a smock, steel-toed shoes, safety vests, and appropriate hair and beard coverings. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
