**Job Title: Blender Compounder** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Blender Compounder, where you will be responsible for following production formulas, labeling, weighing, and managing lot numbers. This role involves pulling raw materials from the warehouse, compounding flavors, and creating blends and emulsions while maintaining accurate production records. **Responsibilities** + Follow production formulas, including labeling, weights, and lot numbers. + Pull raw materials/products from the warehouse to fill orders. + Compound flavors, make blends and emulsions. + Keep accurate production records. + Coordinate daily with the Production Manager to ensure the production/order schedule is met. + Follow good manufacturing procedures (GMP’s). + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures. + Retrieve and return materials throughout the warehouse for production. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, blending, and compounding. + Ability to operate machinery for mixing, blending, and batching. + Knowledge of food production processes and procedures. + Capability to fill, bottle, and maintain batch records. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-3 years of experience in general production. + 3-5 years of experience with blending and compounding of food products. + Ability to lift, move, and carry liquid pails up to 50+ pounds. + Capability to hand roll 600-pound drums onto a drum cart. **Why Work Here?** Our small family-owned manufacturing company offers a unique opportunity to learn the art of blending and build a rewarding career.
