Working with cross-functional global and regional teams, you support portfolio strategy that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and to deliver business objectives. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
**How you will contribute**
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will determine the priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans execute category marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, sharing objectives and monitoring performance, and delivering results over the AC and SP horizon. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

**More about this role**
**1. Key Responsibilities**
**Innovation Strategy:** Develop and execute the regional innovation strategy for the Biscuits category, aligning with global brand guidelines and regional market needs.
-Identify and assess emerging consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform innovation pipeline development.
-Define innovation priorities, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
**Innovation Pipeline Management:** Lead the end-to-end innovation process, from ideation and concept development to product launch and post-launch evaluation.
-Manage a portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
-Collaborate with R&D, insights, and commercial teams to develop winning product concepts and prototypes.
**Cross-functional Leadership:** Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams comprising members from marketing, R&D, supply chain, sales, and finance.
-Influence and align key stakeholders across the organization to gain support for innovation initiatives.
-Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on innovation progress and performance.
**Market Research & Consumer Insights:** Oversee market research and consumer insights activities to understand consumer needs, preferences, and pain points.
-Translate insights into actionable recommendations for innovation and product development.
-Monitor and analyze competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
**Budget Management:** Develop and manage the innovation budget for the Biscuits category, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. -Track and report on innovation spend, highlighting variances and opportunities for optimization.
**2. Qualifications:**
Minimum of **5 years of experience in innovation management** within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Approximately **20 years of progressive experience in marketing** or related functions, with a focus on brand management, product development, or market research.

**Leadership:** Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
**Strategic Thinking:** Ability to develop and execute innovation strategies that align with business objectives.
**Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
**Communication:** Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
**Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
**Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
**Language:** Fluency in English (business proficiency) is essential.
