Our client, a leading organization in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a BioTech Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a BioTech Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** BioTech Warehouse Specialist
**Location:** Hayward, CA
**Pay Rate: $25.00/hr**
**Shift: 8am-4:30pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Process the receipt of all inbound freight by packing slip and purchase order, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
+ Prepare parcels for shipping, including labeling and staging, to ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments.
+ Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to move materials safely within the warehouse.
+ Maintain organized raw material, MRO, and Finished Goods racks, keeping the workspace clean and hazard-free.
+ Assist with cycle counting, physical inventory, and record keeping to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; AA preferred.
+ **3-5 years of warehouse experience in healthcare, pharma, or related industries required.**
+ Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments.
+ Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and operate forklift and material handling equipment.
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
