Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Specialist 1, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Specialist 1
**Location:** Hayward, CA
**Pay Range:** $26+ DOE
**What's the Job?**
+ Analyze production data to determine trends and define actions to improve efficiency, product quality, and cost.
+ Identify process discrepancies and collaborate with Lifecycle Management and Process Engineering for improvement.
+ Support maintaining the validated state by providing Subject Matter Expert support on validation plans and executing on released protocols.
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert during development and change management on Manufacturing Execution Systems and electronic Device History Record processes.
+ Proactively participate in continuous improvement teams and projects using techniques from Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED; some relevant college-level STEM courses or training are a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
