Job Purpose:

Prepares the Bingo paper for bingo games, and reconciles paper inventory.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

Prepares Bingo paper for Bingo games by stocking each floor clerk’s locker with paper, and by scanning each floor clerk’s issue in the presence of the individual.  Through scanning, the amount of issued items are generated in the operating system and a receipt will be printed.  Scanning paper items will validate the paper for play.  Both the Issue clerk and floor clerk will sign the receipt in acknowledgment.  The Issue Clerk will prepare all paper before the start of each shift. Reconciles Bingo paper supply by receiving unsold bingo paper, and by scanning the items back into inventory in the operating system.  The Floor clerks will return paper at designated times throughout their shift. The Bingo Supervisor and Bingo Issue clerk will complete an end of the month audit, alongside the independent auditor.

Job Specifications:

Education and Experience:

Essential:

High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, or G.E.D 1-year inventory control experience 21 years of age

Desirable:

Warehouse experience Customer service experience

Skills and Knowledge:

Essential:

Excellent guest service skills Ability to perform basic data entry Ability to complete forms and documents Ability to lift 40 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively in the English language Ability to maintain professionalism and composure Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Ability to accept constructive criticism Ability to appear for work on time Ability to stand, sit, bend and stoop for up to eight hours at a time Ability to communicate and interact effectively with guest and team members Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments

Desirable:

Experience with EPIC computer software Multilingual
