**Job Title: Bindery Operator** **Job Description** The Bindery Operator will operate a bindery stitcher or perfect binder, ensuring safety and production requirements are met while adhering to safety guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Set up and control the assigned machine for each specified job. + Perform regular maintenance on machines and keep them ready for production. + Ensure a clean and neat work area. + Visually check and control the quality of products on a regular basis. + Manage and direct Technicians in using the proper materials to maintain high productivity. **Essential Skills** + Experience with stitching and/or bindery machinery. + Strong mechanical aptitude. + High School diploma or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with bindery machines, stitcher, offline inkjet, cutter, folder, printing. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 10 paid holidays, a company-paid life insurance policy, and a 3% 401(K) company contribution.
