**Job Title: Bindery Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated Bindery Associate to set up and operate bindery equipment efficiently. This role requires a mechanical aptitude and experience with tools, alongside basic math skills. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate bindery equipment with precision. + Utilize mechanical skills and tools effectively. + Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. + Count, stack, and sort materials accurately. + Read and follow written work instructions meticulously. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools. + Basic math skills, including number ranges and attention to detail. + Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. + Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General production experience is preferred but not required. + Must be available to work 12 hours per day, 7 days a week. + High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a great culture where employees love to work. Be prepared to be on your feet all day. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
