We are seeking a proficient BIM 360 Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk's BIM 360 platform, and will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D models for our construction and design projects. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Create, update, and maintain detailed BIM models using the BIM 360 platform. · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to integrate their designs into a unified model. · Ensure models are up-to-date and reflect the most recent design and construction changes. · Implement BIM standards and development procedures within the organization. · Coordinate and resolve any conflicts that may arise from the integration of various models. · Utilize BIM 360's collaboration tools to streamline communication among project stakeholders. · Train and mentor junior staff on BIM 360 techniques and best practices. · Conduct regular model reviews for accuracy and quality control. · Assist in the extraction of data for scheduling, cost estimation, and other construction needs. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. + Minimumof 5 experiencewith BIM and Autodesk's BIM 360 platform. 2-3 years Data Center experience desirable. + Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail. + Proficiency with other relevant software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to BIM. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the BIM SR Analyst position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
