Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist - HVAC to join our team in Gurgaon, India. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems, ensuring efficient and accurate design processes. + Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Revit and other BIM software + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate MEP systems and perform clash detection + Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents for HVAC installations + Conduct energy analysis and simulations to optimize HVAC system performance + Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications + Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM and HVAC systems + Continuously improve BIM processes and standards within the organization + Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices for HVAC design **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field + 3-5 years of experience in BIM for HVAC systems + Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks + Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, modeling, and energy analysis + Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling/visualization tools + Expertise in MEP coordination and clash detection + Familiarity with building codes, standards, and sustainable design principles + BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred + Willingness to stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and HVAC industry trends **Additional Information** + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment + Effective communication and collaboration skills **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
